Emergen-C Vitamin Supplement

 received 5 samples of Emergen-C Vitamin Supplement as a member of Smiley360.com. They're very easy to use. Just mix 1 packet with 4-6 oz of water. Emergen-C has 1000mg of vitamin C along with 15 additional vitamins and minerals to help support your immune system. I shared it with my family. We like the raspberry, cranberry pomegranate and pink lemonade flavor; however, orange and citrus flavors are not as good as the others. My favorite one is the pink lemonade. Overall it is a good vitamin drink.This product is essential. I, and friends/families swear by it. Why get a cold, if you don't need to? Just take it when you get the first symptom, tired and shouldn't be, cough/throat, you name what it is that indicates you are certain a cold is coming on...
Caveat:
If you take lots of C, supplement with Cu or your HDL will go up... My HDL was at the lower limit until I started taking various C/mineral supplements 1-2x weekly, or daily for 3 days if I felt a cold coming on and after a year my HDL was borderline high. I am en elite athlete and do monitor all factors and was frustrated until I found this out. Also, nasal saline spray if someone's coughed on you or a cold is coming on, gatorade/hydration too.... I got the flu but with Emergen-c only felt slightly drained, mild hot flashes... able to sleep pretty well. Good Luck.

O'Keeffe's working hands

I received my sample today from smiley360 to try for free.  I so far am very impressed with the product and look forward to using this.  I am very hard on my hands at work because of the nature of my job and how often I need to wash my hands.  I honestly believe this product will help keep my hands from cracking and splitting from hard work. 

My hand's are softer and the dry skin around my nails is starting to clear up. 

This is just my opinion but i encourage you to check this product out.

I initially thought the promise of fast healing for cracked fingers too fantastic to be true. I decided to take a chance anyway and after a fruitless search for it in local stores placed my order with Amazon. I had tried multiple products for my painfully cracked fingertips so we thought 7 dollars was a worthwhile gamble for continued use.

With some misgivings but no trepidation, I began using the new hand cream. We both did a visual inspection of my fingertips before beginning this trial so we could compare the effects (if any) of using the O'Keeffe's. After our finger inspection and evaluation of the width and depth of the cracks, 

Just so I could get into the act, I decided to experiment with the O'Keeffe's also on some painful cracks on the heels of my feet. Yes, I know this is a hand product, but I thought these nuisance cracks that only respond slowly to other products would be a good test. For five days so far I've used O'Keeffe's on the more painful heel and used Heel Rescue on the other heel.

On the hand the cream feels more silky than greasy. It is absorbed by the skin readily and makes them feel smooth.

Results:

Incredibly we've seen dramatic improvement on My hands in only five days appeared. If we hadn't seen this with our own eyes, we wouldn't believe it. Such an improvement seems too impossibly far-fetched. And yet....

As for me the O'Keeffe's treated heel healed in only a few days. Though I've been using Heel Rescue on the other heel more frequently and more copiously, that heel is still a little tender though improved.

Ambition 2015!

My 2015 ambition is to record another Cd of my music. I am in the process of writing some new songs and hope to start to lay down some tracks soon. I also hope to get some of my musician friends to lend some of their talent and influences on the new album. I also plan on listening to some of my older LP and see if they generate any new ideas. The hardest part is staying motivated and recording everything. I also am in touch with a well know record producer and working on a deal for the final mastering of the CD. This can be a very time consuming process and expensive with the recording fees. My goal is to help cut down on this by recording the bulk of the items in my home studio.
